01Find your tracking details
Once your order has been dispatched, we send tracking information to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please check your inbox, spam folder or order messages for the latest update.
02Tracking an order
Use the tracking reference in your dispatch message on the delivery partner’s tracking page. Updates may take a little time to appear after the parcel leaves our studio.
03No tracking update yet?
If your order has been confirmed but you have not received dispatch details, it may still be in preparation. We will share tracking information as soon as your parcel is on its way.
04Need help?
If your tracking has not moved for several working days or your parcel appears delayed, contact our customer care team with your order number and delivery details so we can investigate.
