Orders are prepared after payment has been confirmed. We aim to dispatch promptly and will send tracking details when your parcel leaves us.

Available delivery options and estimated timings are shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary during launches, sale periods, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
03Delivery details
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a telephone number where possible. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
04Damaged or delayed parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contact us promptly. If tracking shows no movement or a delivery is significantly delayed, our customer care team will investigate with the carrier.
